Website Menu Changed

LabLogWe've changed the website menu to include some useful bioinformatic tools. Due to technical issues, some of the tools are only available to the Clemson users. Several new links to other websites are also added under the menu.

Knowledgebase Name Changed

LabLog
We've changed the knowledgebase name to "Mimir-KB", after a primal god of Norse mythology renowned for his knowledge and wisdom. The knowledgebase is still in beta. We're adding more functions to it.

System Upgraded

LabLogWe've upgraded our system to Geeklog 1.4.1. Several system issues have also been solved during the upgarde. If you encounter any problems while surfing the website, please don't hesitate to report them.

New Look and Feel for Chen Lab Website

LabLogThe Chen Lab website has been updated with new look and feel. We have also introduced the beta version of Macrophage Immunity Knowledge Explorer (MIKE) for Clemson users. MIKE is a gene-oriented database storing microarray and real time RT-PCR experimental data for macrophages.

Feverfew Research

LabLogFeverfew may be a potential drug for cancer. In 2/16's lab meeting we discussed the relationship between feverfew extracs SFE/SRE/DeWE/Mex and major ingredients Volitile Oil/Parthenolide. Please think about the possible solution for our experiment results.
